Fillet Fish Sayadiyah .. A practical and delicious recipe
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 1 kilo white fish fillet.
- 3 cups American rice, or as desired
- 3 large dry onions
- ..almonds or pine nuts for garnish
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Lemon
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Half a teaspoon yellow spice or turmeric
Method

- First, season the fish with salt and black pepper, place a slice of lemon over each fillet piece, and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutesTimers: 20 min
- Cut the onion into large slices, sprinkle with flour and salt, and mix
- Sift the onion to remove the excess flour, then fry it in the hot oil until it just starts to brown
- Place the onion on paper towels to absorb the excess oil..
- Wash the rice well, then take 1 tablespoon of the oil used to fry the onions and put it in a pot. Add the washed rice and stir
- Sprinkle salt and turmeric over the rice and stir, then add boiling water (according to the amount of rice)
- When the water boils again, reduce the heat and cover the pot
- Leave the rice over medium heat for 15 minutes..or until cookedTimers: 15 min
- Serve the rice in a serving dish and mix in a little of the fried onion.. leaving the rest for garnish
- Arrange the grilled fish pieces on top. You can mix them in gently, but lightly so the rice does not break
- Garnish with fried nuts and fried onions on top
