Ingredients

- 500 grams chicken breast, cut into thin strips
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup milk or cooking cream
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper, or paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon seven-spice blend
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses (optional)
- 1 small onion, sliced
- vegetable oil
- fried potatoes, cut into cubes

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- In a bowl, combine all the spices and salt. Mix well, then add the milk or cream, garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, oil, and ketchup.
- Mix the ingredients well, then add the chicken pieces and mix again. Cover and refrigerate for about two hours or overnight.
- In a pan over medium heat, add the onion and oil and stir until slightly softened, then add the chicken pieces and cook over high heat until done.
- In an ovenproof tray, place the fried potato cubes, top with the chicken, then add the garlic sauce.
- Add a sprinkle of cheese (optional) and place in the oven on the top rack until the cheese melts.
- Serve the easy chicken shawarma tray bake with bread and pickles of all kinds.
