Ingredients

- Chicken wings
- Potato slices
- Oil
- Salt
- Sauce
- Garlic
- Lemon
- Paprika
- 7-spice blend
- A small pinch of tandoori seasoning
- 2 cups water, or more
- Brushing the top
- Yogurt
- A little oil
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Grease the tray with a little oil, then spread the raw potato slices on the bottom
- Arrange the chicken wings over the potatoes and mix the sauce in a bowl on the side, then pour the sauce over the wings in the tray
- Cover the tray with aluminum foil
- Place it in a hot oven at 220 C, a high heat, using bottom heat only, and leave it for about an hour
- Uncover it once the wings are cooked, then brush the wings with the yogurt, paprika, and oil mixture and brown them well from the top
