Recipe story

Grilled chicken breast with milk, honey and tandoori spice... Try this recipe that will make the chicken very, very tender :)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp tandoori spice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 500 g chicken breast, cut in half crosswise or as desired

Method

  1. Mix the marinade ingredients well and leave the chicken to soak in it for at least 2 hours. The longer it marinates, the better — the chicken will absorb more flavor and become more tender.
    Timers: 120 min
  2. After the time has passed, remove the chicken from the marinade and grill it on the grill or cook as desired.
  3. Serve the milk-and-honey grilled chicken breast with salad and potatoes.
