- 500 g pumpkin, cut into small cubes
- 1 medium potato, diced
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 Maggi bouillon cube

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Melt the butter, add the onion and garlic, and sauté until the onion softens.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir.
- Add enough water to cover the ingredients and let the water rise above them by about half a finger.
- Let the pot boil until the vegetables are fully cooked.
- Blend with an electric blender until you get a creamy soup.
- Adjust the salt, stir, and serve the rich pumpkin soup.
