Ingredients
- Boiled chicken with aromatics as desired
- Chicken broth
- Carrots
- Finely chopped green onions
- Vermicelli
- Finely chopped parsley
- Oil
- Salt to taste

Method
- Clean the chicken well, then simmer it with aromatics until cooked; set it aside.
- Peel and wash the carrots, cut them, put them in the pot with a little oil and sauté over medium heat until they soften.
- Add the vermicelli and stir until it takes color or toasts.
- Add the chicken boiling stock with the pieces of boneless chicken.
- After they boil for a few minutes and you confirm the carrots are cooked, add the parsley and green onion and let them boil for a few additional minutes, then serve the chicken, vermicelli, and carrot soup.
