Entrecote Beef Sandwich
An inventive and delicious entrecote beef sandwich that children and teenagers especially love... a quick meal made at home!
Ingredients

- Ready entrecote beef, cut very thinly (you can see a photo of the meat in the photo gallery)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Beef spices
- A pinch of beef shawarma spice
- A pinch of Philadelphia seasoning
- Sandwich bread
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Slice the ready entrecote meat into thin slices.
- Put vegetable oil in a wide frying pan over the heat; when the oil is hot, add the sliced meat.
- Stir the meat well until its color changes, then add the various spices.
- It is not necessary to add salt to the meat because of all the other sandwich ingredients so it does not become too salty.
- Spread the sandwich bread with mayonnaise and mustard and put some of the fried meat inside each sandwich.
- Place the entrecote sandwiches on a sandwich press or toaster and press them to obtain the desired crispy texture.
