Sujuk Sandwiches
Sujuk sandwiches... one of the tastiest spicy sandwiches. Can be served as a main meal or as small appetizers. We recommend drinking plain yogurt with them to cool the heat :)
Sujuk sandwiches... You can buy the sujuk from the butcher or make it at home. To fully enjoy this spicy dish, you should know how to assemble the sandwiches :)
Ingredients

- 500 g sujuk
- Pickles or pickled cucumbers
- Mustard sauce
- Tomato
- Long French-style bread (baguette)
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Slice the sujuk and fry it in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
- Slice the long French-style bread lengthwise.
- Spread a layer of mustard sauce, then add slices of tomato and pickled cucumber (cut into long strips or rounds), then add the sujuk pieces.
