Ingredients:\npieces of fresh salmon

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger

a pinch of rosemary

3 garlic cloves, crushed

Ingredients

Start here, then move straight into the method.

  • pieces of fresh salmon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • a pinch of rosemary
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Start by putting a little soy sauce, olive oil, and rosemary, a pinch of ginger, and crushed garlic onto the salmon pieces that have been washed well.
  2. Do not add salt because the soy sauce already contains salt. Make small slits in each piece of salmon and leave it in this mixture for no less than a quarter of an hour so it fully absorbs the flavors. When grilling the salmon, be sure the pan is very hot. Place the salmon in the pan for about seven minutes on each side. If you have a ridged pan or grill, you can use it because it helps the salmon cook more quickly. We recommend not leaving the salmon on the heat for a long time so it doesn't dry out. You can serve the grilled salmon with any vegetables you prefer; in this recipe we chose to准备
