We loved this creative way of serving salad. It is sure to add plenty of elegance to your table and impress your guests.

  • 1 tablespoon butter

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Remove the firm crust from the toast slices. Brush the bread with some butter and place each slice in a cupcake (muffin) tin; bake in the oven for a few minutes until they take the desired cup shape. Choose any type of salad to fill the cups as you like.
  2. In this recipe we used some lettuce, tomatoes, walnuts, and cranberries, with store-bought Italian dressing.
