Salad in Bread Cups
We loved this creative way of serving salad. It is sure to add plenty of elegance to your table and impress your guests.
Ingredients

- Slices of toast bread
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Green salad

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Remove the firm crust from the toast slices. Brush the bread with some butter and place each slice in a cupcake (muffin) tin; bake in the oven for a few minutes until they take the desired cup shape. Choose any type of salad to fill the cups as you like.
- In this recipe we used some lettuce, tomatoes, walnuts, and cranberries, with store-bought Italian dressing.
