  • Fresh mushrooms
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Green onions
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Cranberries
  • Chopped walnuts

Method

  1. Place the fresh baby spinach in a wide serving bowl.
  2. Be sure to wash and dry the vegetables well to get the desired result.
  3. Finely chop the fresh mushrooms and scatter them over the spinach..
  4. Add the small cherry tomatoes.
  5. Finely chop the green onions and add them to the salad bowl.
  6. Place the crushed garlic and salt in a bowl.
  7. Add the balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
  8. Pour the dressing over the salad and garnish with chopped walnuts and cranberries.
  9. It is best to toss the salad just before serving so the vegetables stay fresh.
