- Cherry tomatoes
- Green onions
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Cranberries
- Chopped walnuts
Method

- Place the fresh baby spinach in a wide serving bowl.
- Be sure to wash and dry the vegetables well to get the desired result.
- Finely chop the fresh mushrooms and scatter them over the spinach..
- Add the small cherry tomatoes.
- Finely chop the green onions and add them to the salad bowl.
- Place the crushed garlic and salt in a bowl.
- Add the balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and garnish with chopped walnuts and cranberries.
