Ingredients

- Arugula (rocket) leaves
- Pomegranate seeds
- Sliced onion
- Sliced tomato
- Thyme — optional
- Walnuts
- Dressing
- A pinch of sumac
- Salt
- Pomegranate molasses
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Pick through the arugula leaves, wash them, and drain them well
- Place the arugula in a wide serving dish and top with slices of onion and tomato, sprigs of thyme, and pomegranate seeds
- Mix or whisk the dressing ingredients in a small bowl, then pour evenly over the salad, add chopped or roughly chopped walnuts, and toss lightly
- Serve the arugula salad immediately because arugula leaves wilt quickly
