Boiled Potato Salad with Vegetables

Ingredients

- 1 kilo potatoes
- lettuce leaves
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 dry or green onion
- half a bunch fresh mint
- salt
- seven-spice blend
- olive oil
- lemon juice
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Wash the potatoes, boil them, and let them cool, then cut them into medium cubes
- Wash the vegetables and chop or slice them as desired
- In the serving dish, place the chopped vegetables, then add the boiled potatoes cut into cubes, then add the lemon juice, salt, spice blend, and olive oil. Toss gently so the potato cubes do not break apart
- Serve the boiled potato salad immediately or chilled. You can serve boiled eggs alongside it, if desired
