Ingredients

- 3 boiled potatoes
- 1 cup fresh green basil
- 1 cup red pepper
- 1/2 cup green onion
- a small handful of chopped mint
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed hot pepper
- 1 tablespoon mashed garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Method
