Chicken with Thyme (Oregano)

Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 5 garlic cloves, halved
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 small onion, halved
- 1 tomato, halved
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons dried thyme (oregano), or use fresh if available
- 1 tablespoon paprika (sweet red pepper powder)
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Prepare the marinade and mix it well, then spread it over the chicken breast cut into wide, medium-thickness slices, and mix
- Place the chicken breast or thigh and the remaining marinade in a tray or nonstick pan, and cook on the stove for about half an hour until the chicken is fully cooked
