  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 5 garlic cloves, halved
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 small onion, halved
  • 1 tomato, halved
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons dried thyme (oregano), or use fresh if available
  • 1 tablespoon paprika (sweet red pepper powder)
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Prepare the marinade and mix it well, then spread it over the chicken breast cut into wide, medium-thickness slices, and mix
  2. Place the chicken breast or thigh and the remaining marinade in a tray or nonstick pan, and cook on the stove for about half an hour until the chicken is fully cooked
