Vegetable Spring Rolls

  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 cup boiled corn
  • Vegetable oil
  • Ready-made spring roll wrappers
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • Salt
  • A pinch of hot pepper powder
  • Black pepper

Method

  1. Sauté the sliced onions in a little vegetable oil, then add the fresh mushrooms. Remove them and set aside. In the same pan, sauté the red and yellow peppers with a little corn for just a few minutes...
