Stuffed Steak Meat Rolls

Ingredients

- Steak cutlets
- Fresh or frozen vegetables: carrots, peas, mushrooms, and corn
- Mozzarella cheese
- Salt and spices to taste
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Fry the steak slices halfway, and before they are fully cooked, remove them from the heat.
- Fry the frozen or fresh vegetables separately.
- Place a spoonful of the fried vegetables on each steak slice and roll the meat into a roll shape.
- Return the stuffed meat rolls to the heat and continue frying until well browned.
- Place the meat rolls in an oven-safe tray, sprinkle them with grated mozzarella cheese, and put them into a preheated oven for about ten minutes.
- Serve the stuffed steak meat rolls with cooked rice.
