- Tortilla wraps
- Deli mortadella (turkey or beef) or other cold cuts, as preferred
- Sliced yellow cheese
- Tomato, thinly sliced
- Lettuce
- Cream cheese

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Lay the tortilla flat and arrange slices of mortadella with cheese beside them, then add tomato and lettuce last; leave a quarter of the wrap empty
- Spread cream cheese on the edge of the tortilla wrap so it will stick when rolling
- Roll the tortilla into a roll or sandwich, pressing lightly while rolling so it takes a rounded shape
- Cut the rolls into medium-thick rings or circles to make small tortilla rolls
- Serve the tortilla rolls immediately, or keep them refrigerated until serving
