Ingredients

  • Chicken pieces
  • Vegetables: potatoes, carrots, onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, and other vegetables as desired
  • Tomato paste
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Whole black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Sumac

Method

  1. First, we start by cutting the vegetables as desired.... and mixing them with the tomato paste, spices, and salt
  2. Place the seasoned vegetables at the bottom of the baking tray, then arrange the clean, drained chicken pieces on top of the vegetables
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the top, as well as a generous amount of sumac
  4. Cover the tray with aluminum foil and place it in the oven. Roast at 180°C for about an hour
  5. Remove the aluminum foil and brown the top for about 10 minutes, or حسب the oven
