- Boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- Marinade:
- Soy sauce
- Vinegar
- Mustard
- Chicken seasoning
- A pinch of cinnamon
- Rosemary
- Salt (just a little, because soy sauce is salty)

Method
- Mix the marinade ingredients (quantity according to the amount of chicken)
- Soak the chicken, sliced like shawarma, in the marinade for at least one hour
- Place the marinated chicken in a baking tray or wide pot when it's time to cook, and spread the sliced bell peppers and carrots over the chicken as well
