Ingredients

Start here, then move straight into the method.

  • Chicken, skin removed
  • Broast marinade
  • Lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • A pinch of chicken seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce or chili paste
  • Frying the broasted chicken
  • 3 cups flour
  • 4 tablespoons whole oats
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon powdered milk, dissolved in 1 cup water
  • Frying
  • Take the chicken marinated the previous night (or prepared earlier), put it into the flour-and-oats mixture, then into the milk mixture.
  • Note
  • You can substitute the milk mixture with egg, depending on preference.

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Wash the skinless chicken well and place it in a colander to drain.
  2. Score the chicken pieces (make slits) so they absorb the mixture well. Add the marinade to the chicken and leave it in the mixture for at least two hours; you can also marinate it the night before cooking so it absorbs the flavors better.
  3. Then return the chicken to the flour mixture again and coat it on all sides.
  4. Fry the marinated chicken in plenty of hot oil.
