Chicken, skin removed

Broast marinade

Lemon juice3 cloves garlic, crushedSalt and black pepper1 tablespoon vinegarA pinch of chicken seasoning1 teaspoon ground ginger1/4 teaspoon garlic powder2 tablespoons yogurt1 tablespoon hot sauce or chili paste

Frying the broasted chicken

3 cups flour4 tablespoons whole oats1 tablespoon baking powder1 tablespoon curry powder1 tablespoon powdered milk, dissolved in 1 cup water

Frying

Take the chicken marinated the previous night (or prepared earlier), put it into the flour-and-oats mixture, then into the milk mixture.

Note

You can substitute the milk mixture with egg, depending on preference.
