  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk powder
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • Brushing
  • Liquid milk + 1 tablespoon sugar

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients, then add the oil, water and yogurt and knead well until the dough comes together.
  2. Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and leave in a warm place until it doubles in size — about 30 to 60 minutes.

  3. Shape the dough into small balls and let them rest 5 minutes.

  4. Fill each ball with chocolate and seal.
  5. Place the stuffed balls in a non-stick baking pan — it’s best to line the pan with parchment paper.
  6. Arrange the balls close together in the pan.
  7. Brush the tops with the milk and sugar mixture using a brush.
  8. Sprinkle sesame on top if desired, then bake in a preheated oven until the buns are light golden and cooked through.
