Ingredients

- 2 بيضة
- 2 ملعقة كبيرة زيت زيتون
- ثلاثة ارباع الكوب ماء بحرارة غرفة
- 2 كوب ونصف طحين
- رشة ملح
- 2 ملعقة صغيرة ما يعادل 14 غرام خميرة فورية
- ملعقة كبيرة سكر
- خليط بيض وحليب لدهن الحبات

Method

- Whisk the eggs with the oil and water
- In another bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt and yeast
- Begin adding the egg, water and oil mixture in batches over the flour mixture... and knead... then add more of the egg mixture and knead... continue like this until the mixture is finished
- Continue kneading for 12 minutes... good kneading is necessary to get the desired resultTimers: 12 min
- When the dough becomes smooth and ready, let it rest and rise aside for about an hour or longer if the weather is cold
- After the time has passed, cut the dough as desired, shape it and sprinkle with sesame, then leave it aside for about an hour or until it doubles in size
- After an hour, brush the rolls with the egg and milk mixture then place them on a baking tray
- Bake them at 200°C for about 12 minutes until readyTimers: 12 min
