Healthy Oat Bread
Healthy oat bread that can be served with chicken and meat dishes for a light meal that is delicious and healthy at the same time!
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 1 and 1/4 cups sifted oat flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon olive oil (optional)
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- In a pot, put the water on the heat until it boils
- Add the oil, oat flour, and salt to the water and stir until combined
- Place the mixture on a work surface and knead it, then divide it into small balls
- Place parchment paper and roll out the first ball, then press it with a pot lid to form a round shape
- Repeat until all the oat dough is used up
- In a skillet over medium heat, let it heat up, then add the oat bread and cook on both sides without letting it change color
- Place the oat breads on a clean towel and cover until ready to use
- You can use the oat bread for manakish, alongside meals, or for healthy sandwiches
