  • Two cans qeshta cream
  • 50 grams unsalted butter

  • 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 packet caramel custard mix

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. First layer: In a saucepan over low heat, add half a cup fine semolina, half a cup powdered milk, and half a cup sugar, stirring constantly so the mixture does not clump, and wait until it turns a dark color.
  2. Let the mixture cool, then add one can qeshta cream and 50 grams butter at room temperature, and press it into a silicone mold.
  3. Second layer: Mix 1 cup coconut with one can qeshta cream and 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk until a dough forms.
  4. Place this layer over the first layer...
  5. Third layer: On the stove, combine 1 cup water with 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 1 packet caramel custard mix. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until the cocoa dissolves, then pour this layer over the previous two layers...
  6. Place the mold with its three layers in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
