Milk Candy
An easy, quick milk candy that shines in every way. It comes together in no time and looks tempting... you be the judge of the taste :)

\r\nIngredients:
4 cups powdered milk\r\n1 1/2 cups sugar\r\n1 cup water\r\n1 teaspoon finely ground cardamom\r\n1 teaspoon rosewater\r\n1 tablespoon butter or two tablespoons vegetable oil
\r\nMethod:\r\n\r\nIn a pot, bring the sugar and water to a boil, stirring, and let them boil for 5 minutes. Then remove from heat and add the butter, cardamom, and rosewater; then gradually add the powdered milk while continuing to stir the mixture...\r\n\r\nPour the mixture into a tray (you may line the bottom with parchment paper or plastic wrap) and top with pistachios. Let it cool completely; it is best chilled in the fridge for at least an hour to set firmly, then cut into pieces as desired.
