Ghraibeh is one of the tastiest Eastern sweets! You might think making ghraibeh is extremely difficult, but with this recipe you’ll find it is easier and faster than you imagine!
Ghraibeh Dough:
Ingredients
- 1 kg all-purpose flour
- 1/2 kg ghee
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
- Pistachios for garnish
Method
- Mix the measured ghraibeh dough ingredients well and knead until you have a soft, white dough.
- Cover the ghraibeh dough and refrigerate for half an hour.
- After the required time has passed, shape the ghraibeh dough into rounds and place one pistachio in the center of each; put them into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes only.Timers: 10 min
