Turkish Chocolate Dessert
A new recipe on our site — very, very easy. Can be made using pieces of chocolate cake or plain biscuits. Try it!
Turkish Chocolate Dessert — very delicious and easy
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 5 cups liquid milk, or 1½ cups powdered milk dissolved in 5 cups water
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 g chocolate pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup cold water
- Plain biscuits (cookies) or small pieces of chocolate cake

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- In a pot, put the milk with the flour, cocoa, eggs, and sugar and mix them well while cold
- Place over the heat, stirring continuously until the Turkish chocolate dessert mixture thickens, then add the pieces of chocolate and butter and stir until the chocolate melts
- Remove the dessert from the heat, then add one cup of cold water and mix well, either with an electric blender or by hand, until the mixture is smooth
- Place a little crushed biscuit or small pieces of chocolate cake in the bottom of each cup... then pour the dessert over them into the cups
- Allow the dessert to cool, then refrigerate until serving and garnish as desired
