Toffi Dessert with Toffee Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup toasted powdered milk
- 1/2 cup toasted coconut
- 1/4 cup toasted flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 medium spoon vanilla
- To make the toffee:
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 50 g butter
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1 can qeemar or clotted cream
- How to make the toffee sauce:
- Melt the sugar over the heat
Method
- Mix the powdered milk, coconut, flour, baking powder and salt together
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla well, then add the oil and water and beat
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and stir well
- Grease the Pyrex (baking dish) with a little oil, then pour in the batter
- Bake on the middle rack at 150 to 170°C, depending on your oven
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until cookedTimers: 20 min
- After removing from the oven, let it cool, then spread the toffee over it and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving
- After they melt, add the butter, warm milk and cream and stir
- The sugar will form a disk.. continue stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved
- Let the toffee cool, then use it
