Toffi with toffee sauce.. very delicious

Toasted milk powder, 1 cup

Toasted coconut, 1/2 cup

Toasted flour, 1/4 cup

1 tablespoon baking powder

Pinch of salt

1/2 cup oil

1/4 cup water

3 eggs

1/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

To make the toffee:

1 and 1/4 cups sugar

50 g butter

1 cup warm milk

1 tub cream or thick cream

Mix the milk powder, coconut, flour, baking powder, and salt together.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla well, then add the oil and water and whisk again.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well. Grease a Pyrex dish with a little oil, then pour in the batter.
Bake on the middle rack at 150 to 170°C, depending on your oven.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until cooked through.
After removing it from the oven, let it cool, then spread the toffee sauce over it and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
