Ingredients

  • 1 kg boneless chicken
  • Chicken Marinade
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
  • a pinch of chicken seasoning
  • a pinch of paprika
  • a pinch of garlic
  • a pinch of ground ginger
  • To assemble the sandwiches you will need
  • French bread
  • mayonnaise
  • mustard
  • cheese
  • lettuce
  • pickles
  • hot peppers to taste

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Wash the chicken well and drain in a colander. Mix the marinade and place the cleaned chicken pieces in it, and leave it until the next day.
  2. The next day, cook the marinated chicken in a non-stick pan over low heat, without adding oil.
  3. When the chicken is cooked, assemble the sandwiches: spread a teaspoon of mayonnaise on the French bread, smear a little mustard, add cheese slices, lettuce, pickles and hot peppers to taste, and finally add the chicken pieces.
  4. The sandwiches can be eaten immediately, or finished in a sub-maker to give the bread a nice color and toast it a little.
