Strawberry Cheesecake
A successful homemade strawberry cheesecake recipe. Cheesecake is one of the finest American desserts, and strawberries are one of the best flavors to top it with!
Strawberry cheesecake — if you want a distinctly Western dessert, cheesecake is one of the top choices, and when topped with strawberries it’s loved by everyone :)

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- Base (first layer)
- 4 packets plain biscuits
- 100 g butter
- Second layer
- 1½ cups whipping cream (or two sachets instant whipping powder)
- 3 packs cream cheese
- ¼ cup powdered sugar (only if using liquid cream)
- Third layer (strawberry sauce)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- Sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 sachet strawberry-flavored jelly

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- In a blender put the crushed biscuits with the melted butter and blend them together.
- Press the first layer into the cheesecake pan, then place it in the refrigerator.
- Meanwhile prepare the second layer: whip the liquid cream, add the powdered sugar and the cheese, and mix well until smooth.
- Spread the cream mixture over the first layer in the pan, then return it to the refrigerator to allow the cream to set well.
- Prepare the strawberry sauce: chop the strawberries and put them with the sugar and half a cup of water on the stove to simmer briefly.
- After boiling, add a sachet of jelly and stir well to dissolve, then add half a cup of cold water and stir well.
- Let the sauce cool, then spread it over the top of the cheesecake.
- Serve the strawberry cheesecake cold and set.
