Shrimp marinade with the shell ... a very practical and very delicious recipe
Ingredients
- Shrimp with shells
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt
- lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- hot red and green pepper, finely chopped or crushed with the garlic
- vegetable oil
- fresh cilantro

Method
- Chop the cilantro and pound the garlic together with the hot pepper.
- Mix all the marinade ingredients and pour them over the washed shrimp.
- Place them in a baking tray or a cooking bag and leave them in the refrigerator or freezer for at least one hour, or you can leave them overnight.
- Place them on a tray and put them in the oven to cook. They do not need much time because shrimp cooks relatively quickly.
