Ingredients

  • 300 g spinach
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
  • Chicken seasoning or any spice mix to taste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Two tablespoons of sauce made from
  • 1 medium onion, chopped + 2 cloves garlic, crushed + 1/4 cup oil + 1 medium tomato, chopped + 1 tablespoon tomato paste + 1/2 cup water + 1/2 teaspoon black pepper + 1/2 teaspoon seven-spice + 1/2 teaspoon paprika + 1/2 teaspoon salt + 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Pre-made pizza dough

  • Sauté the onion and garlic in oil until softened.

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Add the tomato and cook until softened, then add the tomato paste, water, spices, salt and oregano and bring to a simmer.
  2. Let the sauce thicken, then remove from the heat.
  3. Let it cool slightly.
  4. Wash the spinach well, chop it, sprinkle with salt and leave for a few minutes to draw out the moisture, then squeeze it well and let it drain in a sieve.
  5. In a pan, heat a little oil, add 2 crushed garlic cloves and the spinach, and sauté for about 5 minutes.
    Timers: 5 min
  6. In another pan, sauté the onion wedges, then add the chicken slices and stir.
  7. When the chicken changes color, add chicken seasoning or any other spices to taste, adjust the salt, add the soy sauce, cook until the chicken is done, then remove from the heat.
  8. On the pre-prepared dough stretched in an oil-greased baking tray, spread two tablespoons of the prepared sauce, then distribute the spinach mixture and the chicken mixture.
  9. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
  10. Bake the spinach and chicken pizza in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 8 minutes or until the crust is cooked.
    Timers: 8 min
  11. Brown the top of the pizza.
