Ingredients
- 4 boiled potatoes
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh green za'atar (or 1 level tablespoon dried za'atar)
- Half a head of garlic, crushed
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of oregano or dried za'atar
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 teaspoon pomegranate molasses
- A pinch of rosemary

Method
- Peel, wash and boil the potatoes well. Drain and mash them.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients well until combined, then shape the mash on a serving plate.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds and serve with vinegar chips or bread as desired.
