Potatoes with Meat, Mushrooms, and Carrots
Potatoes are delicious however you prepare them, but variety is important too! So we’re sharing this easy method for making one of the tastiest and simplest potato dishes with meat. Serve it with rice or eat it with bread, as desired.
Ingredients

- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms
- 1 medium onion
- Ground meat
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of seven-spice blend
- Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Peel the potatoes, then cut them into cubes, wash them, and drain well
- Fry the potato cubes in plenty of hot oil, then remove them from the oil to drain
- In a pot, sauté the ground meat with a little oil until it changes color
- Add the finely chopped onion and stir for 5 minutes until softened, then add the spices and stirTimers: 5 min
- After that, add the carrots cut into rounds or as desired and stir for a few minutes, then add the chopped fresh mushrooms and salt and stir
- When the carrots are cooked, add the previously fried potatoes on top of the pot and stir for only 2 minutesTimers: 2 min
