Potatoes with skin on, well washed and cut into thick sticks
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Paprika
Cinnamon

Method
- Mix all the ingredients for the coating.
- Place the potato sticks (skin on) in the seasoning and toss so each piece is coated on all sides.
- Brush the baking tray with a little oil and arrange the potato wedges directly in a single layer.
- Cover the tray with aluminum foil and put it in the oven.
- When the wedges are cooked, remove the foil and brown the pieces.
