Healthy Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons honey
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Peanut butter
- 1 cup melted chocolate
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- In a bowl, place almond flour, honey, coconut oil, a pinch of salt, and the vanilla, and mix them well by hand.
- Shape the dough into small balls and press each one in half.
- Make a small well in each ball, place the cookies on parchment paper, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 7 minutes.Timers: 7 min
- Let the cookies cool to room temperature, then place a teaspoon of peanut butter into each well and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.Timers: 10 min
- In a small bowl, add coconut oil to the melted chocolate and stir until well combined.
- Dip the cookies into the chocolate mixture, place them on parchment paper to set, then serve the healthy chocolate cookies chilled.
