Bulgur with Chicken
Bulgur with chicken — a tasty, simple, healthy home-style recipe. The bulgur is cooked with vermicelli; boiled chicken can be mixed in or served on top.
Bulgur with chicken is a traditional, old-fashioned dish — similar to rice with chicken. Serve with yogurt and salad.

- Boiled chicken
- 1 cup bulgur
- A little vermicelli (thin noodles)
- A pinch of black pepper
- Salt
- 3 cups chicken stock

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Put the butter and vermicelli in the pot and stir until the vermicelli turns light brown.
- Add the bulgur, chicken stock, spices, and salt, and stir briefly.
- When the stock boils, reduce the heat, cover the pot, and leave it until the bulgur is cooked.
- Pour the bulgur into a serving dish and arrange the boiled chicken on top. You can also add the deboned chicken to the bulgur before covering and letting it cook over low heat.
