How to Make Hamburger Patties
Make hamburger meat at home — tastier, cleaner, and cheaper. This is something we’ve heard from all the site’s friends today who now make burgers at home from start to finish.

- 1 kg ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs, or finely ground bread
- salt
- black pepper

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix all the above ingredients, except the breadcrumbs, well until you have a homogeneous mass.
- Divide the mixture into medium-sized balls and roll them in breadcrumbs or crushed crackers.
- Place the balls on a flat layer of plastic wrap and cover them with another layer of plastic wrap.
- Press the balls from above through the plastic wrap with a flat tool (a plate, for example) to form equal-sized hamburger patties ready for frying.
