  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs, or finely ground bread

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Mix all the above ingredients, except the breadcrumbs, well until you have a homogeneous mass.
  2. Divide the mixture into medium-sized balls and roll them in breadcrumbs or crushed crackers.
  3. Place the balls on a flat layer of plastic wrap and cover them with another layer of plastic wrap.
  4. Press the balls from above through the plastic wrap with a flat tool (a plate, for example) to form equal-sized hamburger patties ready for frying.
