Jordanian Mansaf

Jordanian mansaf is a rich and delicious dish that adds a special touch to any table and any occasion!

Ingredients

  • lamb
  • jameed yogurt (essential for cooking mansaf)
  • shaneeneh (known in Jordan and used to prepare mansaf)
  • almonds and pine nuts with parsley for garnish

Method
