Ingredients

Start here, then move straight into the method.

  • 500 g pasta
  • Coarsely minced meat
  • 1 medium onion
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon seven-spice mix
  • 6 cups hot water

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Boil the pasta until half-cooked only, drain it and set aside
  2. In a pot over the heat, add a little oil with finely chopped onion and immediately add the seven-spice mix and stir
  3. Add the meat and stir; cook over the heat, stirring, until it softens
  4. Add the sauce and stir, then add hot water and let them boil for about 10 minutes
    Timers: 10 min
  5. Add the pasta on top, then leave the pasta in the red sauce over medium heat until the pasta absorbs all the sauce
  6. Serve the red sauce pasta immediately
