Easy Red Sauce Pasta

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 500 g pasta
- Coarsely minced meat
- 1 medium onion
- Oil
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon seven-spice mix
- 6 cups hot water

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Boil the pasta until half-cooked only, drain it and set aside
- In a pot over the heat, add a little oil with finely chopped onion and immediately add the seven-spice mix and stir
- Add the meat and stir; cook over the heat, stirring, until it softens
- Add the sauce and stir, then add hot water and let them boil for about 10 minutesTimers: 10 min
- Add the pasta on top, then leave the pasta in the red sauce over medium heat until the pasta absorbs all the sauce
- Serve the red sauce pasta immediately
