Chinese-style noodles with shrimp — a very distinctive and light recipe.
Ingredients
- Long noodles (spaghetti or Chinese wheat noodles)
- Onion
- Bell pepper (assorted colors)
- Garlic
- Vegetables: cabbage, carrot, broccoli — optional
- Shrimp
- Soy sauce
- Oil
- Black pepper
- Dried parsley

Method
- Start by boiling the noodles until cooked... drain them and set aside
- Slice the onion and peppers and put them in a skillet with a little oil and sauté briefly.. add the rest of the vegetables, sliced or broccoli florets, at this stage.. cook the vegetables but keep them firm, don't overcook.. set them aside
- In the same skillet.. add a little oil and add the cleaned shrimp, season with salt, garlic, a pinch of pepper and dried parsley, and sauté for a few minutes until cooked, then set aside
- Using the same skillet, add more crushed garlic with a little oil and sauté, then add the noodles and soy sauce and toss
- Add the vegetables and shrimp and toss until the Chinese-style noodles with shrimp are ready
