Ingredients

- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups liquid milk
- 1 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 medium spoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
- A pinch of salt
- Filling
- Cooked shredded chicken breast
- 1 tomato, diced small
- 1 small onion, chopped
- Sliced olives
- Chopped bell pepper
- Corn
- Peas
- Sliced mushrooms (optional)
- Chopped parsley
- A pinch of pepper
- Salt to taste

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Make the batter: put all batter ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Prepare the filling by mixing all filling ingredients together.
- Grease a baking pan lightly with oil, then pour half of the savory cake batter into the pan so it covers the bottom.
- Spread the filling evenly over the batter to cover it completely.
- Pour the remaining batter over the filling.
- Place the pan in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) on the middle rack.
- Bake the savory cake for 30 to 40 minutes.Timers: 40 min
