  • Ready kofta mixture (finely ground meat mixed with finely chopped onion, salt, kofta spice, and chopped parsley, optional)
  • Garlic
  • Lemon juice

Method

  1. Shape the kofta mixture into balls, then form them into patties.
  2. Fry them in a very small amount of oil in a nonstick pan.
  3. Arrange the kofta patties in a baking tray and top with the pre-fried potatoes.
  4. Add the lemon juice and crushed garlic over the kofta and potatoes.
  5. Adjust the salt and add 1 cup of water to the tray, or more as needed.
