- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp coarsely chopped walnuts
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Paprika – a pinch
- Salt – 1/4 tsp
- 1 cup water
- Dried mint – a pinch
- Parsley – to taste (for garnish)
- Pine nuts – to taste (for garnish)

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix the tahini, mayonnaise, and water, then add the walnuts and spices and mix well.
