Swedish Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon rolls are beloved in all their forms. Today we’re trying the Swedish way of making cinnamon rolls, or cinnamon buns, a simple method that is well worth a try.
Swedish-style cinnamon rolls
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 150 grams of butter.
- Half a liter of milk.
- 50 grams of yeast.
- Half a teaspoon of salt.
- Three quarters of a cup of sugar.
- 1 egg
- Filling

- Cinnamon or vanilla or any other filling as desired, such as shredded coconut and raisins

Method

- Start by melting the butter over low heat, taking care not to let it burn. Once melted, turn off the heat and add all the milk.
