Ingredients

- 2 bunches molokhia (mallow)
- 1/2 bunch fennel
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup oil
- a pinch coarse bulgur
- salt

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Clean the molokhia from any impurities and yellow leaves
- Clean the fennel as well, then wash it well with the molokhia and spread them on a kitchen towel to dry
- Cut the molokhia and fennel into medium pieces
- In a skillet over the heat, add the oil and onion and stir until the onion turns brown
- Add the molokhia and fennel over the onion and stir briefly
- Add the bulgur and salt, and stir over high heat until the water dries out
- Serve the molokhia with bulgur with pieces of lemon and bread
