Ingredients

- 4 cups powdered milk
- 2 cans cream (Qaimar or Ashta)
- Half a cup sugar
- One teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons ground mastic
- One teaspoon salep
- 4 cups very cold water
- 4 sachets liquid whipping cream
- Pistachios for garnish

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Place all ingredients in an electric mixer and beat for 25 minutes.Timers: 25 min
- Place a plastic bag in the mold where you will put the ice cream mixture and spread chopped or crushed pistachios in it.
- Pour the ice cream mixture, then sprinkle pistachios on top as well.
- Place the mold in the freezer for at least 8 hours, then serve the Arabic Ice Cream with Cream (Ashta), garnished with pistachios.Timers: 480 min
- When we finish beating the ingredients, taste the mixture. If you find it needs more sugar, add according to taste and beat again until the sugar dissolves well.
